Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of was a teenager. Her Professional Card was granted a year later, when she was the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She first began to participate in fitness competitions after quitting the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later when she was 17. This made her an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had a six-year break from performing after she earned her Professional Card in order to finish her studies at college. In 2015 was an extension of previous performances, in which she participated in events of the highest level like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed throughout the years following her debut show setting higher targets for herself every year. At the end 2009 she was the winner of four additional fitness titles. Additionally, her year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB ever. Ariel completed her first six years in competing to obtain her college diploma. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel was able to make a comeback at Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The show saw her finish at third. In June of 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she competed onstage at the Olympia and took 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she had no expectation. The athlete was satisfied about her position. The competition was among the top athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel enjoys working out on the lower part of her back. This is made up of lat pull-downs, bent rows using a single arm using a pull-up machine, and the seated rows. The first step is warming up before going on to exercises. Ariel gets the most out of her limited time. This is accomplished by making sure she is doing all her back exercises doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 repetitions. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week one day being lighter weight as well as the second heavier weight day.
