Annmarie has 30 years experience working as a Human Resources leader. She worked across industries and with groups of managers to reach the business objectives, especially during periods of fast changes and expansion. Annmarie has been an expert in the field of thought, helping transform business and human resources strategies into goals for the entire enterprise and plans for strategic planning through organizational and performance management employees' engagement, organizational and performance management, as well as change management. She enjoys learning and believes that the growth of leaders and teams as the most competitive advantage. The experience she has gained working with Fortune 500, small companies as well as mid-sized companies has enabled her create environments which foster learning and creativity that positively impact teams and individuals. Annmarie's passion for supporting Learning Ally has inspired her to devote all of her energy and efforts for the causes. In addition, she is a supporter of several non-profit organisations in her spare time. These include being a member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a group dedicated to helping women become leaders, and providing leadership training to the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership organization in North America with the specific purpose of providing education, networking and advocacy specifically for healthcare hospitality houses and supporting Shatterproof a national nonprofit organization committed to ending addiction in the United States in educating communities in helping those affected by the illness of addiction.
