Annmarie has been an expert in the field of thought, helping transform business and human resources strategies into goals for the entire enterprise and plans for strategic planning through organizational and performance management employees' engagement, organizational and performance management, as well as change management. She enjoys learning and believes that the growth of leaders and teams as the most competitive advantage. The experience she has gained working with Fortune 500, small companies as well as mid-sized companies has enabled her create environments which foster learning and creativity that positively impact teams and individuals.
