Lis Wiehl works as an American journalist and legal analyst who previously worked as a Fox News analyst.
She has been an adjunct law professor in New York Law School and was formerly an Associate Professor at University of Washington Law School. The analyst was a lawyer for National Public Radio's program along with The Radio Factor hosted by Bill O'Reilly. She was a regular guest on The O'Reilly Factor as well Lou Dobbs Today The Kelly File With Megyn Kelly and Neil Cavuto and The Kelly File.
Wiehl is a native of Yakima, Washington, and graduated from West Valley High School in Yakima. She completed her studies at Barnard College with a Bachelor's Degree at the age of 33 in. In 1985 she received her Master of Arts Degree in Literature at the University of Queensland. And in 1987 she was awarded a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School.
Wiehl worked as a prosecutor in the US Attorney's office. She was a NPR legal reporter. She was deputy chief investigating counsel for Democrats of the House Judiciary Committee, during the impeachment of Clinton. She was a tenured professor in legal studies in the University of Washington School of Law, Seattle from 1995-2001, and she directed an organization called the Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl has worked as an analyst for Fox News analyst since 2001.
