Katherine Jean Bolduan known by the nick name Kate Bolduan in her profession is a journalist with American of American origin. Her most well-known role is the anchor for the CNN morning program At This Hour. She was also co-anchored CNN morning programs New Day, and The Situation Room. Bolduan is a member of CNN's award-winning coverage of the presidential elections in 2012 and 2016. Bolduan worked as a correspondent from Washington, DC who covered the activities of both and around the US House of Representatives and Senate. During her membership for the Capitol Hill Unit Bolduan reported on legislative events and other congressional activities, including negotiations to increase the federal debt limit and the super committee deliberations. Additionally, she was an assignment reporter covering general stories such as that of the Christmas Day bombing attempt the important Supreme Court decision on Obamacare as well as the implementation of the stimulus program of the government in 2009.
